Operating Instruction

Temperature: 200 degree C to 220 degree C (display on Heat Press Machine)

around 110 degree C to 120 degree C (At Silicone Rubber)

Time: 3 seconds +/- 1 second

Pressure: 2 BAR +/- 1 BAR

1    During assembling, the surface of the contact LCD, PCB or other objects must be clean and no burrs.

The pressure on heatseal connector must be controlled consistently.

2    All the reference data and parameter in this instruction are obtained from the best experiment result, but we have

no responsibility on every reference data and do not guarantee the quality and result when customer use the heatseal

connector on any type of machines. Customer should aware any special effects when bonding a heatseal connector to

   other components before assemble.

Reference data:

a    If the heatseal connector peels off and broken line happen at the same time, temperature is overheated and must

be reduced dramatically with around 10 degree C each time until variables remove. Then, operate with fine tunning.

b    If it can be bonded well but broken line, temperature is overheated and must be reduced with around 5 degree C

each time until the problem disappeared. Then, operate with fine tunning.

c    If the heatseal connector peels off with no broken line, it means temperature is not high enough. Please increase the

temperature until it is cured. Then, operate with fine tunning. (Please check the heat press rubber strip first to make

sure there is no tear and breaking. If rubber strip is torn or broken, replace with a new one and try again.)
